Academy for Public Speaking graduate Jocelyn Tzeng competed in the 2016 Rancho Bernardo Lions Club Student Speaker Contest held at the Rancho Bernardo Library.
The students shared 5-10 minutes speeches on the topic Liberty and Justice for All – What Does it Mean to You?
