Six Academy for Public Speaking graduates will share amazing inspirational speeches tomorrow at the Spring Forward Music Festival at Grape Day Park in Escondido. This event is free to the public and will feature live music, kids activities, inflatable games, interactive exhibits, vendors, food, fun times, and much more!
This event is hosted by the Kids of America, a non-profit organization whose goal is to create educational awareness through environmental community events and money management programs. In addition to celebrating fun and the spring forward time change that will happen this weekend, the festival also promotes caring for the environment and disposing of e-waste properly.
The Academy for Public Speaking graduates will present inspirational speeches on environmental issues such as e-waste, the 3 Rs – reducing, reusing, and recycling, the issue of junk mail, and water conservation. These amazing young public speakers have learned their voice is a powerful tool they can use to make a positive difference in our world!
