Teen Speaking Skills Graduate to Perform Piano Classics at San Diego Libraries

Teen Speaking Skills graduate Adrian Liu is not only talented at composing creative, humorous speeches, but he is also an award winning pianist. Adrian won 2nd place in the 2011 Young Artist Competition, and he performed as a soloist this past spring with the San Diego Symphony.

Adrian has two upcoming musical performances. On Wednesday, July 18 from 12-12:45 p.m. Adrian will perform a piano and violin duet with Haley Schricker as part of the Chamber Music Showcase. This free lunch time concert will be held at the Encinitas Library. The library is located at 540 Cornish Drive in Encinitas, 92024.

Music fans are welcome to bring their lunch. Food will also be available for purchase from the coffee cart. If you cannot get away from work during the middle of the day, have no fear. In two weeks Adrian will again appear – to perform live on a Sunday afternoon.

Adrian will perform again on Sunday, July 29 at 2 p.m. at the La Jolla Library. Come enjoy classics by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Liszt, and Mendelssohn. The library is located at 7555 Draper in La Jolla, 92037.
